Our Mission
To enable every senior to enjoy their golden years with dignity, freedom, and joy.
Norma started with Norm. Norm lost his wife at 90 and was living alone in the country side.
His grandson lived on the other side of the country and wanted to support him — so he did what any grandson doing a PhD in AI would do, he started building voice applications for him.
Norm had never used a computer but within a week using technology gave him back his freedom, connected him with the world and became a source of happiness.
Norma is built with the belief that all seniors should have technology built for them and that, if done the right way, can be a source of connection, freedom, and joy.
Principles
We support seniors living their best lives
Everything we build starts with respect for your independence, intelligence, and experience. You deserve technology that empowers you to live life on your terms.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication
If it needs a tutorial, it's too complicated. Our technology should feel like picking up the phone and talking to a friend — because that's exactly what it is.
Meet people where they are
Not everyone has a smartphone. Not everyone wants an app. We build for the world as it is, not the world as Silicon Valley imagines it.
Privacy is non-negotiable
Conversations with Norma are sacred. We protect your data and will never compromise the trust someone places in us.
Build with, not for
The people we serve are part of how we build. Their feedback, their stories, and their lives shape every decision we make.
